Hunter Taylor

Born in Sydney and growing up in the Southern Highlands, Hunter Taylor’s obsession and love for acting grew and developed from a young age. Immersing himself in the craft of storytelling, through both film and theatre, he began his journey shortly after leaving school, completing short camera courses at NIDA, before enrolling in the Bachelor of Performing Arts at Actors Centre Australia.

Over the last three years, Hunter has continued to detail and refine his skills through the various roles undertaken in the course including Tom in Away, Yepikhodov in The Cherry Orchard, Paris in Romeo & Juliet, Troy in SIMMER, Everybody in Everybody, Azolan in Les Liaisons Dangereuses, and Dave / Roadie in Stags and Hens (The Remix).

Hunter looks forward to what the future holds and is committed to further exploring his love of performance and storytelling out in the industry.

In January he will reprise his roles in Stags and Hens (The Remix), alongside the rest of his cast, when it is remounted at the New Theatre.
