Grace Easterby grew up in the Canberra arts scene where she discovered her love for storytelling through dancing, singing and acting. Prior to ACA Grace played Coral in Away, Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Shannon in Popstars the 90’s Musical and Myrtle Wilson in The Great Gatsby.
Grace came to ACA at eighteen years old, determined to improve her skills and collaborate with emerging artists. During her time at ACA Grace played Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Elizabeth Law in When the Rain Stops Falling, Agnes Mundy in Dancing at Lughnasa, Frances in Stags and Hens (The Remix), Phaedra in Simmer, Paulina in The Winter’s Tale, Flick in Daylight Savings, Pauline in I’m Not Running and various roles in Machinal. These productions also gave her the opportunity to utilise her photography, video editing and marketing skills.
Grace has a great passion for the Australian film and theatre industry and is looking forward to making her mark. She gives her thanks to the encouragement of ACA to never stop being curious. Next year Grace will be performing in Stags and Hens (The Remix) at New Theatre.
