Alex Norton was born and raised in Melbourne. Alex studied at Monash University, focusing on production, and in 2008 formed with friends the independent theatre company Cooked Him Productions. Also working as a street performer and juggler, his passion for performance led him to training full-time at Actors Centre Australia. His highlights at ACA have included taking on challenging roles such as Vershinin in Three Sisters and being directed by Jennifer West in The Winter’s Tale.
He has immensely enjoyed the large pair of woollen football socks recently purchased to combat winter. Alex looks forward to watching the Tour de France and the Ashes in tandem. As well as acting he wants to continue to develop his practice as a writer and a street performer.
