Harry grew up in Bowral before moving to Sydney to study a BA (Media, Arts and Production) at UTS. After directing his own short film, he went to work as an assistant director and in the art department of various films in Sydney and Melbourne. During this time he mused on the idea of becoming an actor and in 2017, he decided to take a leap of faith and apply for ACA. During his time here, Harry has had the opportunity to perform in a variety of roles including Hansy Rilow in Spring Awakening (dir. Sarah Carradine), Jason in Medea (dir. Adam Cook), Felix Turner in The Normal Heart (dir. Troy Trilsbach-Harrison), Orsino and Antonio in Twelfth Night (dir. Adam Cook), Willmore in The Rover (dir. Claudia Barrie), Rodolpho in A View from the Bridge (dir. Anthony Gooley) and most recently as Phillip in Orphans (dir. Anthony Gooley).
Harry has also directed his fellow students in a production of Martin Crimp’s Attempts on Her Life and has collaborated on several other projects including What Falls Away (dir. Julia Cotton and Anthony Skuse). During this time at ACA Harry has matured as an actor and an artist, and he is well prepared to go back into the industry with what he has learned.
